Why are your bags so cheap?
Our Handbags and products are not cheap they are well made and of a high quality and made to last, The reason why our prices are low is that all of the products are made in Asia where labour costs are traditionally extremely low compared to western manufacturing that doesn't mean to say that the standards are lower only the price to you. As we do not retail our products we prefer to deal direct from the manufacturer direct to you via the Internet. We think you would prefer to have good quality products at the lowest prices possible.

What if I am not happy with the handbag?
We back all of our products with a extended 14 full refund if you are not entirely happy, most companies only offer a 7 day returns policy, but as we are very confident you will be entirely happy with your purchase we are prepared to give you 14 days to be happy with your purchase.

Where are the products made?
All of our products are made either in Thailand or China or other Asian countries and made to a high quality for export.

Are You Designer Bags Copies?
No our Designer Bags are NOT copies but Designer 'Look a Likes' which resemble Designer bags and are not intended to purport to be a designer bag copy as this is not ethical or legal and we do not intend to mislead any customer to think they are buying anything but a designer 'look a like' which may resemble a designer handbag but does not carry any markings or labels to suggest anything else.

How Do I know My order will arrive?
We always despatch all orders by EMS which is the recognised International Lower Cost Courier of the Kingdom of Thailand controlled by the official Post Office of Thailand and as supporters of the Economy of Thailand we prefer to use EMS as they are a reputable courier and their prices for you are cheaper than other better known couriers such as DHL, Fedex, UPS etc. all orders over £50 - $75 - €65 are insured against loss. Do you use real leather?
Yes we only use quality hide for our leather handbags, purses or wallets and if the item is described to be made of Leather then you can be assured that is exactly what it will be made of and as you have a full 14 day refund your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Are your descriptions accurate?
We endeavour to give a true and accurate description of all the items in our store and carefully measure and weigh all items and try to do justice to the item in both words and clear pictures showing various angles to hopefully give you as good as description as if you was handling the bag yourself.

Are all the items in the store kept in stock?
Yes we always try to keep certain levels of products in stock and unless we receive a large order we can guarantee to despatch your order the same or next working day depending upon the time of day your order is received in our Bangkok office as Thailand is +6 hours GMT or +12 hours Pacific US Time.
